Welcome to Kat the Counselor's store!

While Kat the Counselor is an author and blogger that captures tid-bits and tangents from both sides of the therapist chair, I wanted to share handouts and worksheets I have created in aiding my client's in their therapeutic journeys! Each digital print has been implemented in session and proven to further processing within the counseling process!

This worksheet provides an outline to exploring the differences between emotional reacting vs. emotional responding. By increasing one's awareness of their abilities to respond to a situation vs. react and exploring the benefits of this ability to regulate their emotional impulses.

This handout includes step-by-step guidance for clinicians when encouraging deeper processing on one's emotional responses to their environment

*This has been proven helpful in teaching children, teens, and adults.
