Welcome to Kat the Counselor's store!

While Kat the Counselor is a blog that captures tid-bits and tangents from both sides of the therapist chair, I wanted to share handouts and worksheets I have created in aiding my client's in their therapeutic journeys! Each digital print has been implemented in session and proven to further processing within the counseling process!

This worksheet has been created to encourage deeper processing of what is within one's realm of control vs. what is outside of one's control. By exploring this, it can provide room for empowerment and increasing self-awareness of what a person can control.

This worksheet includes step-by-step techniques a clinician can utilize when aiding in challenging one's defeating self-talk and unhelpful thought patterns.

*This has been proven helpful in teaching children, teens, and adults.
